Every year, thousands of people are in car crashes not from being intoxicated, but because they take their eyes of the road to adjust the stereo, climate control, cruise control, or when they answer their cell phone.  Wouldn’t it be nice to do all those things without using your hands?  Well, this problem could be solved when certain car manufacturers like Ford Motor Company implement voice recognition systems in their vehicles.  “Drivers will be able to use voice controls to operate a mobile phone, set the cruise control, change the cabin temperature or change radio stations. The services will be operated by a new Internet service provider and drivers will be able to surf the Web by voice control, access e-mail, financial and news services and receive directions to their planned destination.”  This new technology would be an incredible new feature while driving in your car and will definitely cut down on the amount of car accidents.
